ABOUT WILLO-ESQUE
Willo-Esque is a unique and well-established neighborhood located in West Wichita that offers so much for so little. Residents can enjoy amenities such as three tennis courts with two courts having the option for pickle-ball, two playgrounds, two basketball courts, two salt water swimming pools and wading pool, nearly six miles of walking paths, and several greenbelts. Established in 1975, the neighborhood is “home” to individuals and families who have and continue to make memories here.

Willo-Esque is conveniently located north of the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, near the intersection of Maple and Ridge with easy access to great schools, restaurants, shopping, and local places of worship.

Willo-Esque is a Covenant protected community. New and perspective homeowners are encouraged to review all Willo-Esque governing documents as they specify the restrictions, processes and requirements that must be followed by all homeowners. Please note: all work on exterior of homes, fences, paint, roofs, sheds, trees, yards, etc. must first be submitted to our Architectural Control Committee for approval.
