Annual HOA Dues

Information

HOA Dues: By purchasing a home in a restrictive covenant neighborhood, homeowners are responsible for following the covenants and for paying annual dues assessments. Dues cover common areas, property maintenance, and other expenses as authorized by the Board of Directors.

Every Willo-Esque homeowner signed the Homeowner's Agreement at closing. In reference to HOA dues, the declaration states "Such annual and special assessments shall be due thirty (30) days after the mailed written notification of said assessment". (Reference: pg.5, Maintenance & Assessments, Paragraph A, Line 8)

Annual Dues:

  • Currently, the annual dues are $350.
  • Statements are mailed to the homeowner of record mid-December with a due date of January 31st of the following year.
  • Dues may by paid by check (send to the P.O. Box 12166, Wichita, KS 67277) or online via this website with a debit/credit card. To pay online, one must be a registered member of the website and there is a nominal fee for processing the online payment.

Late/Unpaid Dues:

  • Effective, November 29, 2023, the late fee added to unpaid homeowner’s dues each month until paid in full was revised to an APR of 15%.
  • All delinquent accounts will lose access to Willo Esque amenities which are managed by our Access Card System. Effective June 4, 2022, a $25 reactivation fee is required to restore access, provided dues and any late fees are paid-in-full.
  • All delinquent accounts may be subject to the Willo Esque HOA placing a lien on the respective property.
  • The cost of filing a lien, administrative fees, attorney fees, court costs, and certified mailing costs will be the homeowner's responsibility.

It is very important that all homeowners pay their dues on time. Continuous maintenance to common areas, equipment, systems, and shared amenities are covered by the annual dues.
